Non-conventional fungicides to control dollar spot disease

There are strong societal pressures against the use of synthetic pesticides in our modern urban society. The purpose this work was to test efficacy several substances, many which household items and can be considered non-conventional, for their ability control common turfgrass disease, dollar spot, lab field tests. From over 10 tests per treatment between 2015 2019, we concluded that among 20 mostly non-conventional products applied at different rates intervals, only ferrous sulfate (21% a.i.) used 250 g 100 m2 or ferric (84.5% 300 L water on a weekly basis could provide suppression spot disease creeping bentgrass equivalent standard fungicide during periods low moderate pressure.
